Public agencies, boards, commissions, and administrative bodies may conduct meetings through video teleconference, allowing public attendance and participation electronically

Board and commission members may attend meetings virtually via video teleconference except when the meeting involves decisions that implement/interpret law or policy, affect private rights, or administer/award funds

Members attending meetings virtually through video teleconference are prohibited from receiving travel expense reimbursement

Video teleconference meeting notices must clearly state the meeting format, provide instructions for electronic viewing, and identify any physical location where two or more members are present together

Video or audio broadcast interruptions during a teleconference require suspension of the meeting until the broadcast is restored, and participating members must remain visible on camera throughout business discussions
