Amends KRS 131.205 to add gender-inclusive language ("his or her") when referring to Department of Revenue field representatives depositing collected taxes into special accounts

Field representatives authorized to collect taxes may deposit funds in state or national banks in Kentucky

Requires field representatives to draw checks payable to the State Treasurer within 48 hours of deposit and transmit to the department

Prohibits field representatives from cashing or enforcing any checks or instruments payable to the Commonwealth, even for deposit purposes

Authorizes the Department of Revenue to pay reasonable bank service charges from its appropriation
