Adds "whole or ground roasted coffee beans" to the list of non-potentially hazardous foods that home-based processors may produce and sell under Kentucky's cottage food laws

Home-based processors may earn up to $60,000 annually from sales of permitted products including dried herbs, spices, nuts, candy, jams, jellies, baked goods, and now roasted coffee beans

Expands the definition of "bread" for purposes of KRS 217.136 and 217.137 to include breads containing vegetables or fruit as ingredients

Makes minor technical corrections to statutory citation formatting throughout KRS 217.015 (changing "secs." to "sec." and updating cross-reference language)
