Expands ex officio dental school representation on the Kentucky Board of Dentistry from only University of Kentucky and University of Louisville to all CODA-accredited dental school programs in the state

Increases nonvoting ex officio dental hygiene program representatives from one to two, rotating on a staggered biennial basis rather than yearly

Adds a new nonvoting ex officio representative from the Department for Public Health to the board

Requires at least three of the seven dentist board members to be general dentists

Establishes that voting members receive $200 per day compensation for board duties and that annual reports must be submitted to the Governor and General Assembly by February 1
