Establishes requirements for postnuptial agreements to be valid and enforceable in Kentucky under KRS Chapter 403

Requires the agreement to include the date each party received the document (acknowledged before a notary) and conspicuous statements that: the drafter does not represent both parties, each party should retain independent counsel, each party may conduct independent financial assessments, and fraud may void the agreement

Mandates execution in the presence of both parties before a notary public and two witnesses

Requires signatures of legal counsel for each party if counsel has been retained

Imposes a 60-day waiting period between initial receipt of the document and its execution
