Creates automatic expungement for non-violent offenses after 5 years have passed since completion of incarceration and all release conditions, provided the person has no felony or misdemeanor convictions in the previous 5 years

Kentucky State Police and Administrative Office of the Courts must identify eligible convictions monthly, beginning August 1, 2026

Courts must vacate judgments, dismiss charges with prejudice, and order expungement of all records (including law enforcement records) within 30 days of receiving notice of an expungeable conviction

No action required by the person with the conviction to initiate or complete the expungement process

Courts must notify individuals after their records have been expunged
