Amends KRS 243.100 to add cannabis-infused beverages alongside alcoholic beverages in license disqualification criteria for individuals and business entities

Disqualifies individuals from licensure who have had licenses revoked or convictions related to the sale, distribution, or transportation of cannabis-infused beverages, with a 2-year waiting period

Extends the same disqualification rules to partnerships, LLCs, corporations, and other business entities, requiring all principal owners, partners, members, officers, and directors to meet individual qualification standards

Exempts direct shipper license applicants from these requirements, directing them instead to follow KRS 243.027

Maintains existing disqualifications including felony convictions (5-year waiting period), controlled substance misdemeanors (2-year period), and alcohol-related misdemeanors (2-year period)
