Amends KRS 315.408 to prohibit the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy from requiring electronic track and trace systems for prescription drug pedigrees until the FDA develops and implements federal standards under 21 U.S.C. sec. 355e

Requires any state electronic track and trace system to meet FDA standards for identification, validation, authentication, and tracking of all covered prescription drugs

Supersedes existing state pedigree requirements in KRS 315.406 once FDA standards are implemented for specified prescription drugs

Mandates the board consult with manufacturers, wholesale distributors, and pharmacies before promulgating regulations requiring electronic track and trace systems

Requires the board to publish a report on its website addressing implementation issues including universal availability, technical feasibility, operational feasibility, and reliability
