Expands existing Kentucky law on digital asset payments to also cover credit cards and debit cards, moving the statute from KRS Chapter 369 to KRS Chapter 365

Prohibits restricting individuals from accepting digital assets, credit cards, or debit cards as payment for legal goods and services, and protects the use of digital wallets

Bans additional taxes, withholdings, assessments, or charges that target digital assets, credit cards, or debit cards solely because of the payment method used

Allows standard taxes and charges that apply equally to cash transactions to also apply to digital asset, credit card, and debit card transactions

Does not require any person or business to accept digital assets, credit cards, or debit cards as payment
