Extends the eligibility window for Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship (KEES) awards from 5 years to 8 years following high school graduation

Maintains the maximum of 8 academic terms for scholarship use at participating undergraduate or postsecondary institutions

Applies the 8-year eligibility extension to students in registered apprenticeship programs, workforce training programs, proprietary school programs, and eligible colleges of art and design

Removes outdated language extending eligibility to 6 years for students in 5-year undergraduate degree programs, replacing it with the new 8-year standard

Requires the authority to continue promulgating administrative regulations for award procedures in consultation with the Education and Labor Cabinet and Cabinet for Economic Development
