Requires court clerks to submit certified conviction copies and offender information to the Cabinet within 7 days of conviction; protects addresses, Social Security numbers, and ID numbers from public disclosure

Registry removal periods range from 5 years (for offenders with 2 total offenses) to 20 years (for offenders with 5+ offenses), measured from the most recent conviction date

Imposes a $150 registration fee split between court clerks ($50) and Kentucky State Police ($100); applies only to convictions on or after January 1, 2027
