Requires all Kentucky governmental entities (courts, jails, Department of Corrections, local governments) to annually report data on criminal justice costs, fines, and fees to the Kentucky Center for Statistics by July 31 each year, beginning in 2027

Mandates reporting of total amounts assessed, paid, and unpaid for costs, fines, fees, interest, and late payments, broken down by type and including demographic data (race, gender, ethnicity, county) for individuals ordered to pay

Requires the Kentucky Center for Statistics to publish the collected data in an interactive, searchable format on its website by November 1 annually, with de-identification protections to prevent identifying individuals

Directs the Legislative Oversight and Investigations Committee to prepare an annual summary of the published data for the General Assembly by January 31 each year, beginning in 2028

Authorizes the Auditor of Public Accounts to conduct financial audits of costs, fines, and fees revenues at the request of the Governor or any General Assembly member
