Amends KRS 382.110 to require deeds filed pursuant to KRS 426.577 (commissioner deeds from court-ordered property sales) to be filed by the grantee within 5 business days of receipt from the court-appointed commissioner

Municipal governments may file a petition in Circuit Court if a grantee fails to file a commissioner deed within 30 business days for property located within municipal boundaries

Courts may order the grantee to file the deed, award court costs and attorney's fees to the municipality, and impose fines or penalties for non-compliance

Makes technical clarifying changes to existing deed recording requirements, including gender-neutral language updates and reorganization of subsections regarding certified copies of documents
