Amends KRS 160.463 to update terminology from "Web site" to "website" throughout the statute governing publication of school financial statements and report cards

Requires school boards to direct superintendents to publish complete annual financial statements and school report cards through one of three methods: county newspaper, school district website, or printed copy at the main branch of the public library

Mandates that if website or library publication is chosen, the superintendent must publish notification in the county's largest circulation newspaper indicating where the public can view the documents

Requires all school systems to prepare and present financial statements on a consistent basis with other systems
