Eliminates the requirement for candidates seeking party nomination to obtain signatures from two registered voters of the same party on their notification and declaration forms

Removes the requirement for judicial candidates (Court of Justice offices) to have two registered voters from their district or circuit sign their nomination petitions

Requires only the candidate's own signature and sworn oath on nomination filings for both partisan primary elections and judicial races

Applies changes to regular judicial nominations, unexpired judicial term elections, and maintains existing exceptions for military personnel serving during wartime

Retroactive effective date of November 1, 2025
