Amends KRS 160.463 to update terminology from "Web site" to "website" throughout the statute governing school district financial transparency requirements

School boards must direct superintendents to publish complete annual financial statements and school report cards through one of three methods: county newspaper, school district website, or printed copy at the main branch of the public library

When website or library publication is chosen, superintendents must publish notification in the county's largest circulation newspaper indicating where the public can access the documents

Notifications must include the library address or electronic website address where documents can be viewed

All school systems' financial statements must be prepared and presented on a consistent basis with other systems
