Adds "school violence" as a new category qualifying for interpersonal protective orders under KRS Chapter 456, defined as serious physical injury or threat of imminent serious physical injury occurring on local board of education property between students

Allows victims of school violence (or adults on behalf of minor victims) to petition for protective orders in their county of residence or a county where they fled to escape the violence

Requires appointment of a guardian ad litem (paid up to $500 by the Finance and Administration Cabinet) for unrepresented minors who are respondents or petitioners in school violence protective order cases

Authorizes courts to issue temporary ex parte protective orders when immediate danger of school violence exists, and permanent orders (up to 3 years, renewable) after evidentiary hearings where school violence is proven by preponderance of evidence

Extends existing law enforcement assistance requirements to school violence victims, including remaining at the scene, helping obtain medical treatment, and advising victims of their rights
