Exempts premiums received on large group health insurance policies newly offered in the large group market on or after January 1, 2027 from local government license fees and taxes on insurance companies

Amends KRS 91A.080, which governs the authority of local governments to impose license fees and taxes on insurance companies for the privilege of engaging in the insurance business

Adds the new large group health insurance exemption to an existing list of premium exemptions that includes state employee group health insurance, workers' compensation, individual health insurance, Kentucky Access policies, and high deductible health plans

Maintains all other existing provisions regarding collection procedures, quarterly reporting requirements, audit authority, and penalties for willful failure to collect and remit taxes
