Waives the 60-month service requirement for disability retirement for County Employees Retirement System members working in nonhazardous positions that could be certified as hazardous under KRS 78.5520, if injured in the line of duty

Applies to employees whose injuries result in incapacity to continue working in the position that could be certified as hazardous

Creates a retroactive application window allowing employees whose last day of paid employment was between January 1, 2022 and the Act's effective date to apply for disability benefits under the new provisions

Requires retroactive applications to be submitted by January 1, 2027 using forms developed by the Kentucky Public Pensions Authority

Amends KRS 78.5522 governing disability retirement provisions for nonhazardous position employees
