Amends KRS 148.280 to grant the Kentucky Horse Park Commission president authority to eject or exclude individuals from park property

Allows exclusion of any person whose participation in Olympic, Paralympic, or equestrian sports has been restricted by the United States Center for SafeSport

Permits removal of any person who engages or has engaged in conduct that would negatively impact the safety and security of park attendees

Authorizes the commission to promulgate administrative regulations to exercise this new ejection and exclusion authority
