Requires the Insurance Coverage Look-up database to include records of employees' written notices rejecting workers' compensation coverage or withdrawals of such rejections

Mandates the commissioner provide an online portal for employees to electronically submit their rejection of workers' compensation coverage or withdrawal of a previous rejection

Employers must file employee rejection notices with the Department of Workers' Claims before the rejection becomes effective, and must notify the commissioner when an employee withdraws a rejection

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to reject workers' compensation coverage as a condition of hiring or continued employment, and bars termination for refusing to execute such a rejection
