Amends KRS 230.817 to redirect remaining sports wagering administration fund revenues (after the 10% for Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming Corporation and 2.5% for problem gambling assistance) to the Kentucky lottery trust account instead of the permanent pension fund

Maintains the existing 10% distribution to the Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming Corporation for administration and operations, with quarterly reporting requirements to the Legislative Research Commission

Preserves the 2.5% allocation to the Kentucky problem gambling assistance account established in KRS 230.826

Fund amounts not expended at fiscal year close carry forward rather than lapsing, and moneys are distributed on a rolling basis as received
