Establishes the Charitable Gaming Modernization Task Force to review Kentucky's charitable gaming laws under KRS Chapters 230 and 238, identifying redundancies, inconsistencies, and obsolete provisions

Task force consists of 10 legislative members: 5 from the House (4 majority, 1 minority) and 5 from the Senate (4 majority, 1 minority), with co-chairs designated by the Speaker and Senate President

Requires gathering stakeholder input from licensed charitable organizations including faith-based groups, schools, veterans' organizations, volunteer fire departments, and other nonprofits

Task force must meet at least 4 times during the 2026 Interim and submit findings and legislative recommendations to the Legislative Research Commission by December 1, 2026

Legislative Research Commission retains authority to alternatively assign these issues to an existing interim joint committee or subcommittee
