Declares that all people, individually and collectively, have the right to adequate food at all times, defined as consistent physical and economic access to safe, nutritious, and culturally acceptable food meeting dietary needs for an active, healthy lifestyle.

Affirms a natural, inherent, and unalienable right to grow, raise, harvest, produce, and consume food for personal nourishment, sustenance, and well-being.

Calls for prioritizing underdeveloped communities' needs to grow food and establishing principles for promoting, protecting, and guaranteeing the right to adequate food.

Urges planning and coordination between state and local entities to ensure full exercise of the right to adequate food at all stages of life.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit a copy of the resolution to Representative Beverly Chester-Burton.
