Establishes the Cemeteries Across Kentucky Task Force to address abandoned cemeteries in the Commonwealth, including conducting a statewide survey, reviewing existing laws, and examining policies from other states.

Task force comprises 13 members: 6 legislators (3 Senate, 3 House with bipartisan appointments), 1 county cemetery board member, 1 State Veterans Cemeteries representative, 2 citizens, 2 cemetery owners, and 1 National Association for Black Veterans member.

Co-chairs designated by the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives, with final membership subject to Legislative Research Commission approval.

Task force must meet monthly during the 2026 General Assembly Interim and submit findings and recommendations by December 1, 2026.

Legislative Research Commission retains authority to reassign these issues to an interim joint committee or subcommittee and set an alternative completion date.
