Designates a portion of U.S. Route 42 in Jefferson County as the "Representative Bob DeWeese Memorial Highway," from its intersection with Mockingbird Valley Road at mile point 3.279 to the Jefferson/Oldham County line

Honors Bob DeWeese (1934-2020), who served 24 years in the Kentucky House of Representatives for the 48th District starting in 1992, including 14 years as Republican Caucus Chairman

DeWeese was a physician who graduated from University of Louisville Medical School, served as president of the Louisville Surgical Society, and received the Dr. Nathan Davis Award from the American Medical Association in 2000

Requires the Transportation Cabinet to erect appropriate signage within 30 days of the resolution's effective date

The new designation supersedes any previous honorary designation for this section of highway
