Designates the I-264 westbound bridge over US Route 31W in Jefferson County (Bridge #056B00264N) as the "Detective John Robert Weiss Memorial Overpass" to honor the Shively Police detective killed in the line of duty on February 12, 1986, during an undercover narcotics investigation.

Designates the I-264 eastbound bridge over US Route 31W in Jefferson County (Bridge #056B00266N) as the "Officer Armand VanCleave, Sr., Memorial Overpass" to honor the Shively Police auxiliary officer who died on April 27, 1974, after being struck while transporting a heart attack victim to a hospital.

Requires the Transportation Cabinet to erect appropriate signage for both memorial overpasses within 30 days of the resolution's effective date.
