Recognizes Daniel's accomplishments including resolving the county's deficit and credit crisis, improving water quality and sewer lines, upgrading county roads, and overseeing construction of the Johnson County Judicial Center and other public facilities

Requires the Transportation Cabinet to erect appropriate signage within 30 days of the resolution's effective date
