Establishes Kentucky's Six-Year Road Plan in conjunction with HB 502 and HJR 75 from the 2026 Regular Session, pursuant to authority notwithstanding KRS 48.300

Allocates $68,130,000 in total program funding from County Priority Projects (CPP) funds for the Local Assistance Road Program (LARP)

Concentrates all construction funding in FY2027, with $0 allocated for FY2026 and FY2028 in this resolution

Funds exclusively the construction (CN) phase of projects, with planning, design, right-of-way, and utilities phases listed but not funded

Supports two primary project categories: road resurfacing and relieving hazardous conditions on county roads (CR) and city streets (CS)

Provides funding across all 120 Kentucky counties, with allocations ranging from $80,000 (Butler County) to over $1,300,000 (Caldwell County at $1,287,000; Perry County at $1,278,000; Adair County at $1,339,000)

Individual project costs range from approximately $16,000 for minor resurfacing to $400,000 for larger projects such as East Blue Lick Road in Bullitt County

Addresses numerous hazardous condition projects including Bell County's Bradfordtown Road ($153,000), Nicholas County's Dog Walk Road ($308,000), and Caldwell County's Claxton Road ($315,000)

Targets improvements to local infrastructure including county roads, city streets, and neighborhood connectors rather than state highways
