Designates a portion of Kentucky Route 353 in Fayette County as the "James 'Jim' Mahan Memorial Highway," spanning from mile point 7.100 (intersection with KY Route 1962) to mile point 11.113 (Fayette/Bourbon County line)

Honors James R. Mahan, a retired farmer who passed away on August 29, 2025, at age 81, for his contributions to Kentucky's agricultural community

Mahan served as president of the Thoroughbred Farm Manager's Club, Fayette County Farm Bureau, and UK's College of Agriculture Alumni Association

Mahan also served on the Fayette County Extension Council, 4-H Council, Kentucky Agricultural Development Board, and Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Board

Requires the Transportation Cabinet to erect appropriate signs within 30 days of the resolution's effective date
