Requires reporting on total number of nurses per district, nurse-sharing arrangements between schools, full-time versus part-time status, and schools without any nurse

Mandates data collection on nurse employment type (employed vs. contracted), licensure type, and funding sources with percentage of costs paid by districts

Requires reporting of teacher-to-student and nurse-to-student ratios for each school

Fall 2023 data cited shows 101 of 171 districts (59.1%) had full-time nurses in all schools, while 25 districts had no nurse in any of their 52 schools
