Encourages ICE special agents to refrain from entering places of worship, schools, and hospitals for civil immigration enforcement purposes

Urges federal, state, and local officials to implement immigration enforcement protocols that respect the sacred nature of worship spaces, educational purpose of schools, and essential medical services of hospitals

Encourages Kentucky's congressional delegation to advance immigration reforms emphasizing family protection, rebuilding community confidence, and honoring the worth of every person in Kentucky

Directs the Clerk to transmit the resolution to the U.S. House Speaker, Senate Majority Leader, and all Kentucky congressional members
