Prohibits land acquired through eminent domain from being used to construct solar electricity generation facilities or transmission lines serving solar facilities

Applies to condemnations under KRS Chapter 416 and any other state condemnation authority

Requires condemnors filing petitions to include a certification statement that the proposed condemnation will not violate the new solar energy restriction

Amends KRS 416.570 to add the certification requirement to the existing verified petition process in Circuit Court
