Employees injured by violations of the immunization exemption requirements may file civil lawsuits in Circuit Court seeking injunctions, actual damages including attorney's fees, and punitive damages

Employees who suffer adverse reactions to employer-required immunizations may claim workers' compensation under KRS Chapter 342 while also maintaining a civil cause of action, with compensation amounts credited against civil damages

Amends KRS 344.040 to add immunization exemption violations to the list of unlawful employment practices, alongside existing protections against discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, and smoking status
