Requires the cabinet to refer suspected unemployment insurance fraud cases to county attorneys, Commonwealth's attorneys, and the U.S. Department of Labor within 30 days of determining suspected fraud has occurred

Removes previous requirement to refer cases to the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet and the U.S. Department of Justice

Mandates that fraud referrals include the employer/employee/claimant names, contact information for the suspected fraudulent actor, and all information filed with or reported to the cabinet regarding the suspected fraud

Requires a legal disposition finding the employee or contractor guilty under the evidentiary standard and burden of proof (per KRS 500.070) before employment can be terminated under this section
