Food service establishments required by federal law (21 C.F.R. sec. 101.11) to display calorie information must post a sign notifying customers that menus without calorie information are available

Required sign must be at least 8.5 by 11 inches and displayed in a prominent location easily visible to customers

Calorie-free menus must be provided either upon customer request or through the establishment's website

Creates a new section under KRS 217.280 to 217.390 (Kentucky food and cosmetics statutes)
