Redefines "podiatrist" as a physician and surgeon who graduated from an accredited college of podiatric medicine and establishes new licensing categories for podiatric assistants and podiatric residents

Requires applicants seeking initial podiatry licensure after January 1, 2027 to complete at least two years of podiatric residency and pass the American Podiatric Medical Licensing Examination within the past 10 years

Authorizes the State Board of Podiatry to approve podiatrists as supervising podiatrists for physician assistants, with a limit of supervising no more than four physician assistants at any one time

Expands the definition of "medicinal cannabis practitioner" to include podiatrists authorized to prescribe controlled substances, allowing them to provide written certifications for medicinal cannabis use

Updates the State Board of Podiatry's authority to promulgate administrative regulations for licensing podiatric assistants, podiatric residents, and supervising podiatrists who oversee physician assistants
