Kentucky Board of Education must establish a statewide Title IX oversight and monitoring system through administrative regulations, applying to all K-12 educational institutions including school districts, public charter schools, and interlocal cooperatives

K-12 institutions must report to the commissioner of education: Title IX complaints received, federal investigation notices, investigation outcomes, and any employee contracts containing nondisclosure agreements

The Board must annually identify institutions needing additional Title IX training or intervention, establish penalties for non-compliance with reporting requirements, and report non-compliant institutions to the Board

For agencies designated to manage interscholastic athletics (such as KHSAA), a separate reporting system must be adopted requiring timely reports of misconduct allegations against employees, investigation outcomes, and nondisclosure agreements in employee contracts

The commissioner of education must provide quarterly summaries of misconduct reports to the state board
