Railroad Transportation Advisory Board established as a 7-member advisory body with 4-year terms: 4 railroad representatives (including management and union labor), 2 at-large community members, and 1 Transportation Cabinet member

Board members serve without pay or expense reimbursement and must meet at least biennially; board is subject to Kentucky Open Records Act

Advisory Board tasked with advising on rail transportation matters, identifying initiatives to reduce blocked highway crossings, evaluating technology to prevent derailments, and assessing the state rail safety inspection program
