Amends KRS 116.155 to make a minor technical change to voter registration form requirements, adding "or her" to existing language about Social Security numbers

Voter registration forms must include: name, date of birth, political party/organization affiliation or independent status, Social Security number (if any), and mailing/residence addresses

No person can be denied the right to register to vote for failing to provide a Social Security number

All forms requiring a voter's signature must provide for verification by the signer

The State Board of Elections retains authority to prescribe and furnish all registration forms and determine what additional information may be necessary
