Amends KRS 525.120 to add a new offense: knowingly purchasing, selling, transferring, or offering to do so with a corpse or any body part for remuneration after the corpse has been authorized for final disposition through cremation or burial

Maintains existing offenses of intentionally treating a corpse in a way that outrages ordinary family sensibilities

Continues to criminalize accepting payment for burial/cremation services and then deliberately failing to perform those contracted services

Abuse of a corpse remains classified as a Class D felony under Kentucky law
