Amends KRS 75.160 to update gender-neutral language, changing "he" to "he or she" and "his" to "his or her" when referring to fire department chiefs and sheriffs

Fire department chiefs in fire protection districts must attend all board sessions (except executive sessions) and execute board orders

Regular fire department members (excluding volunteer firefighters) are granted the same arrest, search, and seizure powers as county sheriffs

Fire department members are designated as conservators of the public peace with duties to enforce laws and preserve order, subject to county judge/executive authority

Fire department members cannot serve civil subpoenas, summonses, or notices, and receive no fees for law enforcement duties
