Amends KRS 156.690 to add gender-inclusive language ("his or her") regarding the Kentucky Board of Education's program to help certified teachers purchase personal computers

Kentucky Board of Education must obtain the lowest possible purchase prices for personal computers through competitive bidding or negotiation on behalf of interested teachers

Vendor awarded the computer contract must provide a training program for teachers on how to use the purchased computers
