Amends KRS 156.690 to update gender-inclusive language, changing "his" to "his or her" regarding certified teachers purchasing personal computers

Requires the Kentucky Board of Education to initiate a program assisting and encouraging certified teachers to purchase computers for personal use

Mandates the Board obtain the lowest possible purchase prices for personal computers through competitive bidding or negotiation on behalf of interested teachers

Requires the Board to arrange a training program with the awarded vendor on how to use the purchased computers
