Amends KRS 205.5365 to prohibit the Department for Medicaid Services and contracted managed care organizations from using Medicaid funds for cross-sex hormones prescribed primarily for treatment of gender dysphoria

Prohibits Medicaid expenditures on gender reassignment surgery to alter or remove physical or anatomical characteristics typical of a person's biological sex

Makes a technical grammar correction, changing "whom" to "which" when referring to managed care organizations

Exception applies only if federal law requires coverage of these services
