Amends KRS 454.185 to update language regarding surety bond requirements in civil actions, changing "must" to "shall" and "his" to "the surety's" for gender-neutral terminology

Sureties for bonds required by statutes derived from the former Civil Code or Rules of Civil Procedure must be Kentucky residents

Sureties must have net worth of double the secured amount beyond their debts and possess property in Kentucky subject to execution equal to the secured sum

When two or more sureties are on the same bond, they may collectively meet the qualification requirements rather than each individually
