Establishes partner-funded nutrition incentive programs to increase the purchase and consumption of nutritious foods, supporting household food security.

Requires the Cabinet to pursue federal approvals and submit a state plan amendment by December 1, 2026, and utilize federal 100% matching grant funds for qualified private partner-funded programs.

Requires annual reporting to the Interim Joint Committee on Health Services on program participation, employment outcomes, healthy workforce outcomes, and federal fund usage.
