Amends KRS 407.440 to update language references from "Office of the Attorney General" to simply "Attorney General" throughout the statute

Authorizes the Attorney General to appeal child support orders deemed erroneous and presenting legal questions in the public interest

Appeals of Kentucky-issued support orders go to the proper state appellate court; appeals of out-of-state orders are to be taken in the issuing state

Appeal expenses may be paid from Attorney General's appropriated funds upon the Attorney General's order
