Prohibits cities, counties, and other local governments in Kentucky from restricting dwelling unit occupancy to fewer than two occupants per bedroom

Bars local governments from regulating occupancy based on familial relationships, nonfamilial relationships, or marital status among occupants

Applies to all local government types including charter counties, urban-counties, unified local governments, consolidated local governments, and special districts

Preserves local government authority to enforce state building codes, fire safety regulations, and construction safety requirements
