Amends KRS 156.808 to explicitly include "maternity" leave in the list of leave types that the Kentucky Board of Education must address in administrative regulations for certified and equivalent staff in the Office of Career and Technical Education

Applies to full-time and part-time certified and equivalent staff, including administrative, teaching, and supervisory personnel at state-operated vocational facilities

Codifies maternity leave alongside existing leave categories including annual, court, military, sick, voting, and special leaves of absence

Requires the Kentucky Board of Education to promulgate administrative regulations governing attendance policies that now expressly reference maternity leave
